God has given me many good and precious things, and my husband, Erik is at the top of the list. We've been married for 10 years and we have three kids - Haley, Rylie and Coleman. I'm a stay at home mom and there's no other place I would rather be.
I don’t have any fancy degrees to tell you about or any special qualifications to give you. I'm not a Biblical scholar. Like you, I am (at best) a follower of Jesus. I’ve been a believer for as long as I can remember and have walked out my journey of faith in the most usual way. About 5 years ago God lit a fire under me that has changed me forever. It was then that I was captured - by grace, God drew me in. Suddenly my most usual way of faith was no longer enough to satisfy. I needed Him more, and His Word became life to me.
It’s His Word that compels me to write this blog. It’s the transforming power of His Word that drives my heart for women’s ministry. Studying the Bible is my happy place and opening the Word with other women makes me – well – kind of giddy. What can I say, I "get carrie'd away"!
